Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Angular framework.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience of 2 Years as a Software Engineer with a focus on Angular development.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of Angular concepts such as components, services, directives, and modules.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  1. Preparing advanced reports on MS Excel or Power Point on Weekly/Monthly or Quarterly basis as per client’s requirements.
  2. Create/build robust platforms/reports/processes to make sure quality of work is improved.
  3. Create/develop and maintain a centralize repository of all process related documentation to ensure consistency across the global teams.
  4. Assist customers as needed with setting up and navigating platforms with a product or service.
  5. Do cross training within different verticals to avoid bottlenecks during busy season.
  6. Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company.
  7. Promote an energetic fan base for products and locate brand ambassadors to share the product's benefit and value.
  8. Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best products for their needs.
  9. Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives.
  10. Develop and manage client portfolios.
  11. Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
  12. Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
